Delivery

In cooperation with DPD and Omniva, delivery takes place within 2-3 days, with this option you can also request the tracking code that DPD or Omniva assigns to each package upon request. If the product is purchased before 11:00, then the package is sent on the same day.

Unlike goods and their quantity, the delivery price may change.

1. You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason.

2. The right of withdrawal shall expire 14 days after the date on which you have acquired or possession of the goods by a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you.​

Consequences of refusal:​

1. If you withdraw from this Agreement, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including shipping costs (except for additional costs incurred as a result of choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer) no later than Within 14 days of being notified of your decision to withdraw from this Agreement. In any case, you will not be charged for such a refund.

2. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The maximum cost could be around € 50.

3. You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods if the goods have been used for purposes other than determining the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. 

4. During the period of exercising the right of withdrawal, you have the right to use the product to the extent necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and operation of the product. (as much as it could be done before buying the product in a regular store, for example, for laptops to visually familiarize yourself with the appearance and size of the computer, but without any manipulation, including activating the operating system pre-installed on the computer; for mobile phones card and without making calls, synchronizing data, etc.). By exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the use of the product beyond what is intended for the purpose of testing the nature, characteristics and performance of the product. You are responsible for the use of the product during the period of exercise of the right of withdrawal, which is incompatible with the principle of good faith, as well as for the reduction of the value, quality and safety of the product.
